Ms. Stibbins (Octavia) is an inspiration to many. She has a big heart and an equally big vision to empower women and their families, and to reduce recidivism county-by-county; state-by-state.

Twice incarcerated, Octavia knows the roadblocks that can prevent a woman's successful re-entry into society. She brings all her experiences and commitment to After the Sentence to ensure women and their families are given the tools, resources, and supportive sisterhood needed to walk into their new beginning.
